I could get guest room with a garden view, truly enjoyed that. The staff were amazing friendly people. It was based in very comfortable building in an incredible location, near the banks of the Tweed.

The continental breakfast was really tasty with a great selection. The room was comfortably furnished and had a magnificent view over the Eildon hills and Melrose. The location was close enough to the well-manicured gardens. For tea or coffee, the nearby Greenhouse Cafe is a great option.

As business travelers, we were impressed by the well-maintained grounds, beautiful artworks, and attention to detail in the rooms. the comfortable drawing room with a log fire was a great place to work and relax. the warm welcome and afternoon tea on arrival were lovely bonuses. the breakfast, made with local produce, was delicious, and the window table offered stunning views of the gardens.
Felt snug, no complaints whatsoever.
